Missions
The industrial plantations of eucalyptus represent in Congo a considerable economic asset: planted surfaces border 42.000 ha, and the export of logs of eucalyptus is estimated at 450.000 ton/year, generating a sales turnover of 5 billion franc CFA. Moreover, the activity related to the exploitation of wood gets some 4.000 employment in a town of 500.000 inhabitants (Point-Noire), which represents a very appreciated social impact.
