Introduction

”Business success and failure is a two way street”

Some organisations succeed, when others fail, with two main reasons involved: they don’t pay attention to past mistakes and they keep repeeting their failures, or they just don’t know how to face a crisis and how to choose theright way to avoid it.
Past failures allow some companies to succeed when others just close their minds inside an unhealthy routine, and sometimes have more difficulties to face abad situation.
Besides, the meaning of this sentence is more profond, it underlines how the success and the failure of some social organisations always have consequences on others. This is a cause/ consequenceeffect which explains how much our actions affect others.

each company chooses different options to face the crisis and sometimes those options are completely paradoxical. At the same time this expression shows how some decisions taken by the businesses in order to be successful, can lead to the failure of other organisations.
For example, on one hand, some companies think thatinvestment in technologies and ecology is the best response to face a crisis, even if at that moment they don’t have a lot of money.Indeed, the modernisation of the company could allow the company to be more competitive.
On the other hand, some companies choose not to spend too much money during a crisis period, they don’t want to make any investment and they choose to stop their communication...
