Summary
Chongqing Communication Institute is located in a high topography and out of urban. And the college is a military academy; the students stay in a narrower place and have a less connection with the outside. Therefore open the campus flower store within the campus is necessary to people who study, work or live in the campus.
This setup project sets the college as the place to operate acampus flower store and attempts to convenient to the students, teachers and residents who want to buy flowers in the campus to save time, to meet the growing demand on flowers in campus market, and to beauty the military school with flowers. Therefore, this paper analyzes the strength and weakness of the store in different aspects, including: strength and weakness; opportunity and threat; detailedstrategies and activities. In connection with the solutions to the problem that the stores face in the market, the proposal intends to find out the best way to establish the better manager model, and to control the operation size and focus on the competitive brand effect to get the cost back within one year.

I Introduction
Setting the University as the place to operate a campus flower store,students and people living or working in the campus are supposed to be potential clients, this paper attempts to analyze the strength and weakness of the store in different aspects. In connection with the solutions to the problem that the stores face in the market, the proposal intends to find out the best way to establish the better manager model.

1.1 Purpose
a. It is convenient to thestudents, teachers and residents who want to buy flowers in the campus to save time.
b. To meet the growing demand on flowers in campus market.
c. To beauty the military school with flowers
d. The cost of the store is low and the investment is small. According to the total capital, we would control the operation size and focus on the competitive brand effect; therefore, we would get the cost backwithin one year.

1.2 Backgrounds
Chongqing Communication Institute is located in a high topography and out of urban, so it is not very convenient for students to buy flowers on campus. As the college is a military academy, the students stay in a narrower place and have a less connection with the outside. Due to the big number of students who stay at school, there is a solid consumer groups andthe potential of consumer is large. Therefore open the campus flower store within the campus is necessary to people who study, work or live in the campus. Meanwhile, there are no campus flower stores in the campus and seldom ones around the campus, the campus flower store we operate on campus is advantageous for students.


II Findings
2.1 Strength and weakness; Opportunity and threat
a.Strength: First, our flower store locates in the campus, which is near to our customers. Second, our target consumers include students, teachers and residents, who tend to accept new ideas easily. Third, we can apply various services and offer great convenience to the consumers by provide free Songhua free telephone, setting Maihua business and enhancing floral level to adapt to the increasingappreciation of the level of consumers. Forth, our price is reasonable.
b. Weakness: First, Flower is not easy to store. Second, the flower store stresses on delivery on time in order to attract consumers. Third, as a green hand in this field, we are lack of marketing expertise. Fourth, shortage of funds, in fact, we don’t have lots of money to expand our flower store. Fifth, the limited scale causesthe weakness of viability and services.
c. Opportunity: There are opportunities for our flower store to build collaborations with the biggest wholesaler and to join the chain flower store in Chongqing.
d. Threat: We sell the same or similar products as the other retailers and price competition will narrow down the profit.
