Introduction
At first, I would like to thank you for the great seminarthat you have taught to us; it has largely increased my knowledge on the impact of change within a company and on people. I will try to demonstrate to you that I have understood your course through my final assignment, in which I will present to you the impact of the change within the company in which I have worked since nine months.

Subject: Students are required to submit a written individualreport of maximum 3500 words explaining “The difficulties in applying change processes and systems in the traditional life cycle of any given company, and the creation of a successfully change management roadmap, to be integrated into the diagnostic of any given company”.

The choice of the Company is left to you.

You can choose a company you have worked for any given company you areinterested in. The choice and the relevance of the company, however, needs to be well justified. The report should review the general theory on change and the difficulties to implement it and implicate it within companies, but also your suggestion on how to integrate change policies and measures within the company.

The company

I have chosen as a subject the case of the company in which Ihave worked since September; this company is called Daxon and it is a fashion society for seniors. It is a shopping distance company which proposes all types of products for its customers; we could find ready-to-wear, shoes, lingerie, household linen, hygiene products and so one. a. The choice of the company The company is a member of an international fashion group, Redcats group, which gathers15 different brands: La Redoute, Cyrillus, Vertbaudet, Somewhere, Daxon, Avenue, Woman Within, Roaman’s, Jessica London, Kingsize, Brylane Home, One Stop Plus, The Sportsman’s Guide, The Golf Warehouse and Ellos. The group Redcats is present in three different continents. At first, we have the European continent with France; in France, Redcats is the first seller in shopping distance, the 4thseller in the ready-to-wear for women and for kids, and the second in the household linen. Thanks to the web site www.laredoute.fr, the group is the owner of the first website which proposes merchant services Business to Consumer; and 45.5% of the total sales of the group are made in France. In the United States, the group is the third shopping distance retailer, with these nine different brands(Avenue, Woman Within, Jessica London, Kingsize, One Stop Plus, Brylane Home, Roaman’s, The Sportman’s Guide and the Golf Warehouse); these nine brands are divided by three different groups, we have the big size collections, the sport-wear collection and the household linen. In Asia, the group is also present thanks to its activities of sourcing and its large number of collaborators. The choice of thiscompany is made because the change that was implemented, had affected the mission I have to accomplish. Indeed, I work in the marketing plan and I am responsible with the others members of my team of the animation of this marketing plan in order to keep the customers’ loyalty.
