Dialogue en anglais, thème du sida
Dialogue between Jennifer Skinner and Doctor Huse.
One year after the scandal around doctor Huse, caused by Mrs. Skinner because he had the AIDS, Mr Huse is resolved to leave his city, where he cannot make any more his job.
The scene takes place in the office of doctor Huse, who tidies up its equipment in boxes, when Jennifer Skinner knocks at the door.
“Hello Mr Huse, sorry to disturb you, I may enter?” Asks Jennifer of a tone bothered.
Dr Huse answers her aggressively:
“What do you still want me?!”
Jennifer enters the room and closes the door.
“I would just like to speak to you about a moment please.”
“And of what can you speak to me having ruined my life?!!" Says the doctor by raising the voice.
“Please, listen me, I apologize for all the evil that I was to make you, I'm so sorry...” Jennifer begins crying. “...but, don't worry, God punished me.”
Dr. Huse starts again in a more quiet voice:
“What do you want to speak to me?”
“A misfortune happened to me, it's terrible.” Says Jennifer between two sobs.
“So, told me.” Answer curious Dr Huse.
“Approximately 6 months ago, I was unfaithful to my husband, we went divorcee but it was not still official.”
“In what it concerns me?” Asked curtly for the doctor. He wanted to have taken this tone, and continued more slowly:
“Anyway, continue.”
“After our meeting, I saw this man again, Michael, several times. Then after our first night together, my life tipped, but I didn't still know him. On the night table of the hotel room a small word waited me, where he had written there: "Welcome in my world." I have never saw him, and some weeks ago, I made blood tests and I understood the sense of its words. He wasn't protected, and today, I have the AIDS.” Jennifer stopped on these words, and remained silent, waiting that the doctor says something.
Dr Huse got closer then to Jennifer, and embraced suddenly, by saying to him these words:
“I'm sincerely sorry, you understand finally my pain and the
