L’Allemagne
INTRODUCTION
En tant que nation plus grande nation économiquement parlant et la plus peuplée d'Europe, l'Allemagne reste un membre clé des organisations économiques, politiques et de défense du continent.
Les luttes des puissances européennes ont plongé le pays dans deux Guerres Mondiales dévastatrices dans la première moitié du 20ème siècle, laissant le pays occupé par les victorieuses puissances alliées des USA, Grande - Bretagne, France et l'Union Soviétique en 1945. Avec l'avènement de la Guerre Froide, deux états allemands furent fondés en 1949 : la République Fédérale d'Allemagne de l'Ouest (RFA) et la République Démocratique d'Allemagne de l'Est (RDA).
Il est intéressant de voir comment l’Allemagne a su relever la tête au lendemain de ces deux guerres fratricides en observant sa place dans le commerce international et en analysant ces flux commerciaux.
Abstract
Germany is a country located in Central Europe, it borders Baltic Sea and the North Sea (with a coast 2389 km long), and is situated between Netherlands and Poland and in the South of Denmark; its surface is about 357 000 square km.
The capital city is Berlin located in the middle west of the country where are living three million four hundred thousands persons.
The main cities of this country are Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Stuttgart and Dortmund for instance. These urban areas represent approximatevely 87% of the whole population.
Concerning the life expectancy, a German may live until 78 years-old, that’s the reason why population is getting older and older, and every industrialized country has to cope with this same issue.
By example, underage people aged between 0 and 14 years-old represent 15,4 % of the population contrarily to the elderly people aged more than 65 years old who represent 17 % of the global population.
Germany is classified in the 2nd rank of the powerful countries in the world behind USA and Japan.
