Rosa Louise mccauley parks was born the 4 februar 1913 in Alabama. She was a seamstress who became an African American civil rights activist, she was call "the first lady of civil rights", and "the mother of the freedom movement".[1]

Racial segregation in the united states was imposed after the reconstitution peroid after the civil war, wich end with the compromise of 1877 by wich is ended the activity of ex-states confederated by the troops of the north.the former states of the south set up then the laws ( of jim crow) wich abolished the slavery and granted citizen’s to the American blacks. After a decade during which the political and social situation of the former(ancient) black slaves improved, the Blacks were going to be confronted with illegal violence, of intimidation then laws Jim Crow established a real racial segregation. In 1896, the Supreme Court legitimizes this new legislation.
