We are two young French entrepreneurs decided to implement a restaurant Paul in Almaty ex-capital of Kazakhstan. We decided to open a franchise, the first very high quality French restaurant, named Paul and famous in France and Worldwide, specialized in Bakery in this place because we didn’t see French culture anywhere during our study of thiscountry.
We enter in a market of 1,500,000 of people and we expect to take 20% of the market in food service and become the leader in the confection of bread on 3 years.
The enterprise will be manage by two managers general “Alister Peschard” y “Gael Gaoté”, the staff will emprise a sales manager , a cook and a postry-baker cook.
We will provide to the citizens of Almaty the best qualitybakery products similar to those made in France, also a restaurant a place where people could enjoy “L’excellence à la française” with dishes of quality.
T The high risk that we could tackle with is the possible lack of interest of the natives for the restaurant and the possibility that the restaurant could be damaged.
The ROI will be for the first year of -0.117, for the second year of0.432,for the third year of 1.753
Our success rest upon on the good appropriateness between all the sources of the enterprise and above all on the delivery in good times of our main supplier in Ukrania because we will work essentially with flavor.
We need to fix objectives and priorities, to have a good sense of organization and above all to be flexible.

The Corporatemission statement : Our business is about hospitality business proposing French cooking in a coffee shop restaurant to native inhabitants and expatriates above all French and English in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The Company ownership: The company will be share in two, 50% for Alister Peschard and 50% for Gael Gaoté who will be the directors of this establishment.
The Corporate history:The founders are Alister Peschard and Gael Gaoté and they expect to open this establishment in September 2011.

Almaty is the largest city in Kazakhstan, with a population of 1,348,500 (as of 1 September 2008 which represents 9% of the population of the country.
It was the capital of Kazakhstan (and its predecessor, the KazakhSSRR) from 1929 to 1997. Despite losing its status as the capital to Astana, Almaty remains the major commercial center of Kazakhstan.
In a political view of the country, we can say that Kazakhstan is quite stable. Kazakhstan is a presidential republic. The president is Nursultan Nazarbayev. The president also is the commander in chief of the armed forces and may veto legislation that has beenpassed by the Parliament. The prime minister chairs the Cabinet of Ministers and serves as Kazakhstan's head of government. There are three deputy prime ministers and 16 ministers in the Cabinet. Karim Massimov has served as the Prime Minister since January 10, 2007.
The economy of Kazakhstan is the largest economy in Central Asia. It possesses enormous fossil fuel reserves as well as minerals andmetals. It also has considerable agricultural potential with its vast steppe lands accommodating both livestock and grain production, as well as developed space infrastructure, which took over all launches to the International Space Station from the Space Shuttle.
