Résumé :

Le présent papier se propose d’examiner la réalité des pratiques de planification des opérations et de la production des entreprises marocaines. Durant toute notre investigation, nous essaierons de répondre à la problématique suivante : Comment les entreprises marocaines planifient-elles leur système productif ? Et quels sont les facteurs influençant leurs modes de planification ?
Au fait, après une revue de la littérature managériale relative au sujet, nous nous attacherons à mettre à l’épreuve les principales pratiques liées à la planification à la lumière de la réalité marocaine en matière de gestion des opérations et de la production (GOP).

Abstract
The present paper aims at examining the reality of the practices of operations and production planification of Moroccan companies. During all our investigation, we will try to solve the following issue: How do the Moroccan companies planify their production system? And what are the factors influencing their modes of planification?
In fact, after a review of managerial literature relevant to the topic, we will attempt to test the main practices related to planification in the light of the Moroccan context in terms of operations and production management (OPM).
