Title: Sponsorship Operations Coordinator
Reports To: Sponsorship Manager
Location: Bamako, Mali
Overview:
The Sponsorship Operations Coordinator is the main ASISt (Automated Sponsorship Information System) person and the one responsible for coordinating all operations aspects of Sponsorship both at the central and field office levels including community orientation, child enrolment, annual record updates, data entry, records maintenance and quality control. He will also work with the Sponsorship Manager to support program staff (project descriptions, management, etc.) and step up as the Officer in Charge in the absence of the Sponsorship Manager. Specific duties include.
Qualification & Experience
• Master’s degree preferred in social sciences, information technology or documentation, a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is acceptable;
• Strong computer skills and good working knowledge of English;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
