I made my training course in the bakery xxxx in the city center of the village of xxxx. Sixteen persons work in this company; they are listed in two categories: sale and production. In the sector of the sale, three saleswomen are used and on that of the production twelve persons are salaried among which two bakers, three pastry cooks, five apprentices, the bosses Mister and Madam xxxxxx and a cleaning lady who cleans the laboratory everything in evenings. I made a demand to make my training course of observation in company for the bakery xxxx in xxxx because this domain interests me particularly. Furthermore, I live in xxxxx thus I could go on foot there. The team of the bakery looked welcoming. I could discover the back of the bakery, people that we do not see forcing as customer. It is also going to be for me a discovery of the active life and to see a little the world of the work, the atmosphere and the working rhythm. A good experience and a front taste of later. I wanted to make this training course to see if I could make my job later. During my training course, I was of use the customers to the tearoom, I answered the telephone, I washed chairs and ground, I made jars of jam, I have to tidy up the bread, I looked of the currency at the bank, I have to water plants, I swept, I washed refrigerators, I made packages of small cakes, I made sandwiches, I did the dishes and served the customers. During my training course, I used three machines; the barkeeper-machine with hot chocolate, the slicer with bread and the dishwasher and I was able to see how worked another machine, the box. I worked in the morning of seven o'clock at noon and in the afternoon from fourteen o'clock till seventeen o'clock. I worked on a team. The biggest inconvenience of this job is that it is necessary to get up very early in the morning. Physically, the job is requiring.
