|The world economy has developed dramatically during the last three decades; the concept of ‘logistics’ has drawn more and more|
|attention as customers’ increasingly needs of products and on time deliveries. Currently, the word ‘logistic’ has been used in|
|terms of logistic company and logistic centre and so on in China. From the basic points of view, whether or not companies |
|could obtain the market share based on three key elements, which are quality of product, price, and supplying of goods and |
|those elements are directly connected with the impacts of logistic. |

|As the changing of modern organizational operation and developing of market condition, people are focusing and interested in |
|the third party logistics. The concept of the third party logistics comes from out-sourcing, which means that organizations |
|can focus on their main competence and leave original logistic activities to professional logistic service companies by |
|signing contracts with them, so the third party logistic is also called ‘contract logistics’. Meanwhile, third party logistic |
|service companies can help to reduce the cost. Therefore, it is more obviously that third party logistic can help companies |
|achieve competitive advantage. |
