The different actors:
MiguelNovice – IT specialist and a former Skema student, He has to organize a party in order to discuss a potential project involving the Proje brothers.
Pablo senior is his friend and colleague, currentlyinvolved with a large community - the former Skema students’ association. Pablo is more experienced than Miguel and has developed a large network on a local and global level. They both work together inCityville.
Ronaldo and Ronadinho Proje are experienced project managers that might propose a collaboration to Miguel regarding a new project.
Marc Expert is a project management expert and acontact of Pablo Senior. Miguel may benefit from his advices in Event Management.
Thanks to Pablo’s networking with a large number of contacts, he thus can offer to Miguel some help quite often. For theupcoming event Miguel has to show his organizational abilities in Event Management and to gather more information about the project he has in mind. Pablo is also the one who can provide an introductionwith Marc Expert.
