I. INTRODUCTION:
Globalization means going around the world or the globe, it’s the integration ofmarkets, nations and states around the world. It is also can be seen as a borderless who can allow people and traders from different countries and part of the world to fasten the economic growth of different parts of the world. People share their ideas and opinion. Globalization has helped different traders of different countries to engage in the competition and enhance trade. It has given toconsumers the opportunity to buy cheap products and also have alternative in choosing or selecting goods and services bring about more markets. Globalization brought the free flow of culture, norms and ideologies and pays a greater attention to human rights. It has made people closer and brought about harmony and progress between consumers and producers, and also between people from differentbackgrounds. Globalization has brought about what is known as globalization of products, where by goods services have been out sourced from locations around the globe in order to take of the national dividend in terms of cost and quality of factors of production. It also enhances globalization of markets into merging of historical and separate national markets into one huge globe markets.
When we thinkabout globalization, we have to think about “out sourcing” and “off shoring” which are two important phases in globalization. The migration of activities of the national territory towards the foreign countries to take advantage of international distances, of costs of factors. In other words, we produce abroad the good which will be intended to be redistributed on our national market.
Havingconcerned at first the extensive industrial activities in hand of work and in little raised technological contents, transferred in whole or in part towards countries to strong availability and moderate cost of the not qualified work. The relocation, for some years also allocates the industrial activities to the higher technological contents as well as the services as the computing. The offs shoring isan operation which consists for a company to realize certain tasks (manufacturing of the possessions or the services) in the geographical locations where the cost of the labor force is lower than the one in which it has access due to the setting-up of its operations.
