It will employ people engaged in Administration and marketing. Eucalyptus of Congo will offer log of good quality and provided –value services to a large customer through the country and export log to countries overseas.
Eucalyptus of Congo will use new technology , and will offer advantages and improvements to its customers.
Missions
The industrial plantations of eucalyptus represent in Congo a considerable economic asset: planted surfaces border 42.000 ha, and the export of logs of eucalyptus is estimated at 450.000 ton/year, generating a sales turnover of 5 billion franc CFA. Moreover, the activity related to the exploitation of wood gets some 4.000 employment in a town of 500.000 inhabitants (Point-Noire), which represents a very appreciated social impact. In order to maintain and to develop this industrial potential more, grown Eucalypti and E. urophylla is used as parental species within the framework of a strategy for improvement for the production of hybrid clones E. urophylla X
