1 Introduction
Les progiciels de gestion intégrés (Enterprise Resources Planning : ERP) connaissent un véritable succès auprès des entreprises et leur mise en œuvre constitue une refonte du système d’information de gestion (SIG), mais surtout une remise à plat des procédures de gestion au sein de l’organisation.
