Transition Guide to New Facebook Communication Channels
Facebook Platform has evolved since its launch in 2007, providing developers with a number of different communication channels to interact with their users. Last October we announced a number of changes to these channels to make communication more streamlined, clear, and less spammy. This guide will help you decide which communication channels you should prioritize for your applications and Facebook Connect integrations, based on the goals you are looking to achieve.
Our channels will help you accomplish four major goals: * Growing your user base * Reengaging and reactivating your users * Enabling your users to share content with each other, and * Informing your users of changes within your application or integration
