DOFUS installation program End User License Agreement

THIS SOFTWARE AS WELL AS ALL FILES ACCOMPANYING IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". These present conditions of use are the agreement that allows you (the User, the Player) as a user to install the DOFUS software (the Service, the Game), property of Ankama Games (the Company, the Owner) with the DOFUS installation software (the Program, the Software). They are in addition to the conditions of use available on the website: http://www.dofus.com, that must be accepted as well, before being able to use the Dofus software and to connect to the DOFUS servers.

By copying, installing and otherwise using the files of the DOFUS installation software you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. In case you do not agree, you must destroy all these files without any delay.

This software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Ankama Company grants a use license of its Software but this license does not transfer the ownership. Except as expressly provided otherwise, all the rights related to it are and remain the exclusive property of Ankama Games.

To accept the present conditions, the User must be 18 years old in France or the age of majority in his birth country. Moreover, he must be legally capable. Failing that, his legal representative can take his place. This representative is then designated as the User and is then responsible of the use of the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:

The present license allows you to:
- Install the Software on every computer you own or for which you have rights allowing you to install computer programs.
- Use the Software according to the present conditions and to the DOFUS software conditions of use available on the website: http://www.dofus.com
- Keep the present files as a save.
