Abstract :

Notre étude aborde le thème d’appropriation du contrôle de gestion par les middle managers en environnement ERP. L’approche retenue pour apporter des éléments de réponse à cette problématique est la méthode Delphi. Une revue de la littérature a permis d’identifier 241 items qui ont été répartis en quatre thèmes: Middle managers, Contrôle de gestion, ERP et Organisation. A l’aide des résultats statistiques de notre étude Delphi nous avons pu déterminer pour chaque thème les items les plus significatifs. Our study approaches the appropriation of management control by middle managers in an ERP environment. Approach kept to bring elements of answer to these problematic is the Delphi method. A state of art allowed us to identify 241 items which were divided in four topics: Middle managers, Management control, ERP and Organization. The statistical findings of our study Delphi allowed us to determine the most significant items for each topic. KEY WORDS. - MANAGEMENT CONTROL APPROPRIATION- MIDDLE MANAGERS ERP.
