EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
After a fully engaged year, having many experiences in Rome, London, Paris and in New York, between working and studying, there is an obligation for myself to write and analyse all the changes occurred on me, trying to unify all the pieces of the puzzle in order to create a clearer vision of my personal and also professional development.
I need to start from the very beginning in order to understand my growth in terms of skills and competences.
After my experience in ESE Rome, I’ve had the opportunity to work in an international environment that allowed me to open my mind to different culture, even if I lived in my country.
After that, another step forward: the opportunity to study in France, in the fashion home, Paris, in one of the most prestigious Schools in the world, such as Esmod!
A different approach to the study, more practical and projected towards new strategies developments, with lots of competition, changed me again!
Now a new experience, this time facing with a new job, engaging but interesting, that allows me to make experiment everyday new job typologies and to overcome difference in terms of culture, being still in a multiethnic environment, with employees from all over the world, such as Colombia, China, Moldavia, France and so much again.
Difficulties occur every moment but new ideas and new paths appear constantly together.
