Abstract: The introduction of the theory of the human capital initially tended to present this one as a determiner of the growth. The spirit of the founding works establishes a positive link between human capital and economic growth. The object of this paper is to demonstrate, at first, through a theoretical analysis, the contribution of the human factor to the growth. Secondly, an empirical study is required to verify the impact of the accumulation of the human capital on Tunisia economic growth. So we will use the STAR models by referring to non-linear least squares procedure.
