Preamble
Tourism consists of four key main parameters. Firstly, we can find the taste of the exotic and the discovery of other cultures. For this,money available for non-core activities and free time are essential to travel around the world. And the last one, facilities and secure means of communication and facilitating the travel and stay are other characteristic of tourism. According to WOT (World Tourism Organization), a tourism is a person traveling outside their usual environment for a period of at least one overnight and one year.Nowadays, the world “tourism” has developed enormously. Indeed, it is a much broader set of activities, practices varied considerably. Until 1936, if they were the preserve of upper class, with the introduction of paid leave, it has grown, and the mass of workers and their families can finally move well for their approval. However, in many respects, tourism remains a luxury only available to upper andmiddle classes of the population in developed countries. Some trends emerge in recent years. Firstly, there is a fragmentation of the holiday period. This trend towards fragmentation contributes to develop local tourism. There is also a more pronounced taste for roaming: mobility increases with the weather, family needs, and desires of the moment, and various parties or events. This diversity oftastes and practices also contributes to the development of themed holidays. Then, due to a reduction of working hours giving everyone more time for leisure but also the cost of life constantly increasing, limit spending, has created the 'tourism' one day ". Another form of tourism is growing in recent years: the creative tourism which is offering visitors an active

participation in theculture of a country or region. UNESCO recognizes this new direction and the number of creative cities that exhibit this type of tourism is increasing.

Tourism accounts for major economic issues: such flows, which correspond to the temporary movement of consumers on holiday, accompanied by financial transfers. Tourism is one of the first economic sectors with 12% of world GDP and 6.5% of worldexports in 2009.

According to a tour operator, this is an organization to organize tourist trips by assembling several benefits of its suppliers (airlines, hotels, coach companies, restaurants, guides, etc.).
