What should a solid love relationship be based on?

In my opinion I think that the foundations for a solid love relationship are based on communication, respect, loyalty, trust, appreciation, attraction and integrity. All these virtues are a representation of love in its’ different forms and can create a solid love relationship.
Communication is an essential part of a loving relationship because you should be able to convey all your fears, joys and opinions to your partner. Hence by discussing issues and sharing everything with your other half nothing is hidden between both of you and any problem that may occur could be resolved. Respect is another base of a loving relationship which should always involve a deep level of respect for yourself and your partner, respecting each other will give your relationship a positive energy. Love is also loyalty and trust, you should to be able to trust yourself and your partner, rely on your partner and not constantly question their loyalty towards. Mutual attraction is an ingredient which I consider important, appearances should not be the most important thing in a persons’ mind but if you truly love your partner then in your eyes they will always be beautiful. The art of appreciation follows because you should be able to always show how much you appreciate your significant other, it is crucial to show them you love them so they can feel secure and elated and return theses feelings.
