Our business as a taxi service for businesspeople in Paris turned out even more satisfactory than we had planned. Indeed, demands have peaked by 45%. So, it was our high-priority to fulfill these demands which is why we took on 28 new drivers within the last two weeks. Our “Just-in-time” services would not be accomplished if we lacked of taxi drivers. Of course, success also means a lot of work. So, our employees will have to collaborate in helping out their co-workers by doing overtime. We have estimated working hours will have to increase of 20%. This means the 35 hours a week of work our taxi-drivers use to do will now be approximately 42 hours a week. We are aware that will not be obvious at first but we have taken this issue into account. There have been three budgets which we have financed ever since our business skyrocketed to avoid losing motivation and morale.

Firstly, our athletic workers will be delighted to know that we have hired personal coaches from the Uniksport company to give classes three times a week. They will be scheduled on Mondays from 8 to 10 a.m., Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 to 12 a.m. and later on from 4 to 6 p.m. at the taxi depot. Their program includes tennis, football, basketball, table tennis classes and also relaxation sessions, stretching exercises and self-defense classes. These classes are free and not compulsory. Secondly, we are glad to say that there will be a private reception on a Parisian yacht on Friday, May 20th starting at 8 p.m. and finishing at midnight.
