“All your dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them ” was Walt Disney’s credo. Decades later , the Walt Disney company continues to make fairytales come true all over the world. Children from everywhere have now the possibility to meet their favorite Disney character and live an unforgettable and enchanted experience . The Walt Disney Parks & Resorts has expanded for almost 60 years , and has been very successful in each of its enterprises. It has even conquered asia , with Tokyo Disneyland being one of its most visited Parks ever.; and recently , Hong-Kong’s population experienced the encounter of this enchanted visitor . This work will present non extensive review of the Industry of Theme and Amusement parks , then it will be centered on the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts itself, to finally analyze its impact on Hong – Kong’s economy .
