Today I’m going to talk about a document which is an extract for the weekly newsmagazine “Time”.
It deals with what the new president of the USA Barack Obama is going to do for his country and how much money he will need for the next 4 years.
But first of all I’m going to introduce him.

* Who Is He?

Barack Hussein Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii. His father was a black Kenyan and his mother is white and American.
As you might all know he is the 44th president of the USA but the very first one to be black.
He has a political science degree and went to Harvard in 1991 where he passed his juris doctor. He was in a first place a lawyer.
He married Michelle Robinson the next year and had two daughters. He is still married to her and they have been very supporting to him during his campaign.
But he really started politic in 2004 when he got elected senator of the Illinois, after a speech against George W. Bush’s policy, and in February 2007 he run for the office US as a democrat and his main opponent was the republican John McCain. His main slogans are “Change We Need” and “Yes We Can”.
Barack embodies hope and change for the Americans and a new American dream for every race, and has been compared to JFK or A. Lincoln.
Not only blacks support him. He seduces as well women, young and old people.
Barack Obama became president when he was 47, on November 4, 2008, for 4 years.
But becoming president when the crisis is at his maximum is certainly not going to be easy.
So we are going to study what is his policy.

* Barack Obama’s Policy.

In a time of major crisis, a new president always means hope for Americans. Let’s see if they can count on him or not.
The main subject of this article is that, he plans to spend one trillion dollars, which is really huge even for the most powerful country in the world.
