Established in 1947, ISO has published about 19500 international standards. Experts from around the world prepare standards required by their industry. ISO therefore not develop standards directly.
To obtain certification, a company doesn’t speak directly to the ISO. She should contact the agency that manages the certifications in his country. For example, in France this is the COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee) and other organization involved in specific areas : AFNOR, Bureau Veritas ...

The quality approach is an undeniable contribution to human resources. Indeed, regulatory or contractual provisions that regulate the management of human resources are very complex.
