The organization of any society implies a particular distribution of power between its different groups on a political, social or economic level.

Throughout the 20th century until now, South Africa has experienced many changes in the way power was distributed and re-distributed: from apartheid and white domination to power- sharing and the recognition of black people's rights. But the fight for equality has been long and painful - it has not been easy for the whites to accept to lose their total control over the he South Africa society, and it has not been easy for the blacks to use this newly gained power efficiently. However we saw a picture shows us that, from 1994 to 2009 there have been major improvement whit regard to hygiene, communication and access to electricity

The country is still on its way towards democracy and reconciliation. It is true that there have been major advances and that politics is no longer the perserve of the whites. However economic power is still unequally distributed
