Before all development about this professional experience, it seems to be expedient to start this training report by some thanks forthose who taught me a lot during these eight weeks and for those who made of this experience a pleasant moment.

Consequently, I would like to thanks François Teyssier, director of AREMA Hydraulique for his great welcome in his company and for his piece of advice. INTRODUCTION

It is often said in our societies that there is a huge difference between theory and practice. It is for that reason that at the endof each year, all the students have to realize a training in a company. For our second year, our aim was mainly to discover the offer of the company in general as we were not competent enough yet to obtain an important role within a company.

I decided during the year to look for a train in a smaller company than last year . Despite some difficulties to find a company which agreed totake a student without any experience, AREMA Hydraulique offered me a chance to gain a professional experience by proposing a place within its company to develop and promote its reputation in the sector. Thanks to this proposition, I was able to discover the life of a small company and more particularly its difficulties to face the big competitors. I found this situation much more interesting torealize this report. It has been for me a very trainer internship for I can now describe this world more precisely.

In a first part, I will describe the current situation of AREMA Hydraulique by explaining the history and the concept, very technical, of this company but also by showing the two main factors of its environment : the competitors and the regulation. Then, my aim...
