There also is an Us Blockade from Miami to Puerto Rico to drive back the 2 Soviet ships. The second document is an extract of President Kennedy’s speech taken from President Kennedy’s radio and television address, October 22, 1962. We don’t know the title but the source (medium reliability). It is about the Cuban Missile Crisis. The USA is on alert. The President informs the population and announces his plan in response against any missile launching.
