After that Spanish retreated to the coast.During the War who opposite French colonies and English colonies of North America, Cherokees help England, and there are with them during the War of Independence in America. In 1785, they negotiate atreaty of peace with United-states, but the Cherokee’s resistance during 10 years. In 1791, a new treaty confirms the last, and the Cherokees give a part of their territory to United-states who agreepermanents rights to Cherokees in their lands.
Deposit of gold were discover in Cherokee’s lands, and, in 1819, Georgia ask to American’s government for evacuate Cherokee to their territory. ButAmerican’s government refuse and Georgia try to buy the territory. In 1838, falderal’s troops start to evacuate Cherokee by force.
