I would like to thank everybody fortheir help during my five months of internship in your company. You have always been there when I needed your help. I really appreciated your knowledge and all the advice you gave me. Thanks to you, I had a very good time during five months. I lived a good experience, and never expected to be in such a good atmosphere. We had good times of laughter. It was a pleasure to come every morning to workwith you and to know that each day I would learn something new. I think that you really helped me to reinforce my marketing knowledge and introduced me into a market that I didn’t know.

I would like to thank:

Vera Lewis without whom I would never have had this internship and I would never have lived this experience. I appreciated hers friendship and the time she took for me. Weshared good moments. She always tried to advise me and to teach me about how to work in a company. She gave me a lot of advice which will help me for the future. I hope to see her again and to keep contact with her because I know that I have more things to learn from her.

Torri Johnson my principal co-worker during this internship. I interrupted Torri a lot during her work to ask herquestions and she was always there to answer to them. I probably bothered her at times but she helped me every time when I needed help. And I really appreciate talking about culture and lifestyle with her. I enjoyed her friendship and their help.

Kashif Movania and Erik Labelle, who helped me a lot concerning Information Technology (IT). They were always there to help me about computer orsoftware issues. I also interrupted them every time I had a question and they answered immediately. I appreciated talking about Chicagoan’s life and they feelings about the company during my break.

A big thanks to everybody, I wish you all the best for the future. I hope to be able to come back soon to see you again. Take care of yourselves and enjoy every day as if I were there.

Thanks alot!

Introduction

Sourignanh Souvanthong realized this report; the aim is to describe my five months internship (from the April 19th to August 31st) in a business association based in Chicago (USA), and to explain why I decided to live this experience in this country. After some issues with my school, I was in the obligation to do a gap year; I took this as an opportunity to add a work...
