Contexte de réalisation :
I used to work in logistic department, we receive the orders chich are followed by one customer assistant. I was in charge of the sticker printing in order to lauch the production.
I needed to print these stickers which will be later on sticked on boxes.
Then the shipping departement is in charge of the delivery to conclude the customer service bills the order.

Acteur protagonisate.I have mainly practice this activity with a logistic assitant. I have been in touch with Mme Bost, from Oxena, in order to lead the order execution.

Objectifs : enjeux éventuel.
The aim was to insure the good execution of the customer order from the orders form to the invoice, with the launch of the production , the delivery and then creation of the invoices.
