Résumé
La métaphore du plafond de verre a permis d’attirer l’attention sur les obstacles durables et souvent invisibles auxquels se heurtent les femmes qualifiées pour accéder aux positions professionnelles les plus élevées. Cet article présente un ensemble de contributions qui éclairent les évolutions de ce phénomène dans divers professions et pays. Il propose une lecture plus dynamique et moins linéaire de la féminisation des professions supérieures au xxe siècle.
