Mondialisation
There is also the problems that globalisation is creating poverty around the big cities. In Taiwan the inhabitants of the small villages around are forced to even go and work in the big companies as Acer that helped modernizing Taiwan or build there own industry as Mr Woung that developed a toy factory in the building of his old mill.
Globalisation in Vietnam isn’t always good. The major problem of globalization in Vietnam is that there is poor working conditions, the companies were accused of making work their workers in very bad conditions, in “sweat shops” and not paying well their workers. But in big companies, as Nike, we saw that the working conditions were good and the workers were well paid, 54$, as a teacher or a doctor. But this only represents a small part of the companies. The only ones that pay and treat well their employees are the multi-nationalist companies. They are also the only ones that makes a lot of money. Finally the last problem of globalisation in Vietnam is Americanisation. The biggest companies in Vietnam, as in Taiwan, are the American companies. They spread they culture all around the world, that is why even in Taiwan or Vietnam you will find a Mc Donald.
If there was globalisation in Kenya it wouldn’t be always good for Kenya. They would have all the problems that the other countries know today. They would have to face many different problems. The first one is poverty; globalisation creates poverty in the villages around the major cities. Then there is the poor working conditions and a low salary for the workers. There is also the disfigurement of the cities with giant buildings. And lastly their major problems would be the Americanisation and the multi nationalist
