Guy Bajoit : Exit, voice, loyalty... and apathy. Individual reactions to dissatisfaction.
Starting from a criticism of Hirschman's typology of individual reactions to dissatisfaction, the author tries to set up a new typology, more complete and more satisfactorily conceptualized. He also tries to enlighten the question of the choice, by dissatisfied individuals, of one reaction rather than others, according to the social relations they have inside interaction systems. Finaly, he also deals with the fruitfulness and limits of utilitarianism in sociology.

Guy Bajoit : Exit, voice, loyalty... and apathy. Die individuellen Reaktionen zur Unzufriedenheit.
Ausgehend von einer Typologie der individuellen Reaktionen zur Unzufriedenheit von A. Hirschman, versucht der Autor, eine neue Typologie auszuarbeiten, vollständiger und besser konzeptualisiert. Er strebt ausserdem danach, die Frage nach der Wahl einer bevorzugten Reaktion durch die unzufriedenen Individuen zu erleuchten, entsprechend den Modalitäten der von ihnen in den
Interaktionssystemen angewandten sozialen Reaktionen. Er behandelt schliesslich die Fruchtbarkeit und die Grenzen des utilitaristischen Paradigmas in der Soziologie.
