Far from a green fascism the ecology of the conservatives goes hand in hand with freedom, collective and individual liability. Cameron shows example by going every day to Westminster to bike, even if it rains.

The central point of its speech domiciles in the attack of the omnipresent State “we are not going to resolve our problems with a bigger government, we are going to resolve them with a stronger society, stronger families and of the stronger communities.” So it’s a vision of a “sympathetic conservatism”: quality of life, social welfare system, educational questions and families are of a key importance for the leader.
The main theme is decentralisation and four areas are in deep change: education, health care, policing, and welfare.

David Cameron updates his party, allows him to be more on the wavelength of the contemporary society while coming back to the fundamental sometimes forgotten : « Country, Family, Community ».

Economy :
He advocates an increase in public expenditures to finance education, health or police while remaining lower in the GDP (gross domestic product), a fall of the taxation, strict monetary policy and free exchange.

Education :
Cameron wants to allow parents more choice in their children’s education. Existing schools are encouraged to switch to academy status, and newly created “free schools”. Schools will be able to deviate from the national curriculum, to decide the length of school days and terms, and so
