La responsabilité Sociétale et la performance de GRH dans les entreprises

Abstract:
The concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility and human resources performance appear, at first glance, to be relatively unrelated. CSR defines a company’s stance towards its environment, while the concept of performance questions the sometimes subtle links between the articulation of resources and the obtaining of one or more results. However, the implementation of both these concepts leads numerous authors to identify the same indicators and the same criteria of sustainable development. The purpose of this article is to examine the differences and similarities between the two concepts and propose an interpretation which both presents the relationship between CSR and performance of HR and which attempts to define the specificities of CSR.

المسؤولية الإجتماعية وأداء تسير الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات
الملخص:
إن العلاقة الموجودة بين مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة وأداء الموارد البشرية في المنظمة, يمكنها أن تظهر في أول نظرة نسبيّة أي لا صلة بينهما؛ وذلك أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة تهتم بالبيئة والمجتمع، بينما مفهوم الأداء يستنطق الخطوات دقيقة بين الموارد المتاحة والنتائج المحصل عليها، لكن يمكن أن يخضع كلى المفهومين إلى نفس المؤشرات ونفس المعايير في إطار التنمية المستدامة، الهدف من هذا البحث هو تبيان العلاقة الموجودة بين المفهومين والعوامل المرتبطة بهما للوصول إلى الحلول المثلى في تسيير الموارد البشرية.
