Bonjour,

La conférence téléphonique sur l’opportunité de l’obtention du Label Qualité Asie aura lieu lundi prochain, le 06/01/2014 à 14 h 30 précise.
Ce type de réunion nécessite quelques règles d’organisation. Voici quelques rappels : - pour organiser la conférence, prévenir les intervenants, organiser la réunion téléphonique il faut désigner un « animateur ». ₋ Il faut être ponctuel, sinon les autres personnes attendent au téléphone. - Il faut un peu de discipline et de formalisme : se présenter au début, évité d’interrompre, ne pas parler en même temps que quelqu’un d’autre. - Eteindre son téléphone portable pour éviter toutes interférences.
