LA GESTION D'UNE SITUATION DE CRISE À L'ÉCOLE : APPROCHE SYSTÉMIQUE

ABSTRACT The school psychologists are more and more often solicited to intervene in school crises. The problem, most of the time, is stated in these terms : a child shows personality and behavior disorders and disturbs the class's (or even the school's) functioning with an implicit request : the child should be sent to a specialized institution. We prefer using the term « crisis », closer to the situations that we have to sort out, in spite all kinds of pressure to attribute the problems to the * Psychologue scolaire chargé de cours à l’Université F.
