Within the framework of my training, it is planned to make training course in two companies. On my first year, I realized a training course in the company Interconnect Source Optimum.
To begin, The SOURCE OPTIMUM company was created in 1994 by Mr. Gilles LAVOLLE. This last one left the following report: if a company wants to remain competitive, she must have " an opened and productive computing ".
In 2006, took place a commercial fusion : the SOURCE OPTIMUM company acquired INTERCONNECT, so it becomes OPTIMAL INTERCONNECT SOURCE. It is a Company of computing services and engineering, INTERCONNECT (trademark of the company SOURCE OPTIMUM) accompanies companies in the implementation of their information systems (networks of companies, cabling, Intranet, application solutions).

Within the company, I made several tasks in the administrative, commercial and accounting(countable) domains. In the administrative domain, I created an internal document, a poster and a notebook of welcome. First of all, I had for mission to create an internal document. Indeed, I had to conceive a board to follow-up the provision of a vehicle to the staff.
At first, I collected and sorted out the information given by my person in charge to answer at best its expectations. I realized this board on the software Excel and I subjected it to my superior. Thanks to this administrative board, the employees get more involved because previously, they did not fill correctly the existing document or even did not fill at all. Then for the creation of the poster, my superior asked me to realize a poster recapitulating the hours of the public road network's passages.
To begin, I called the City hall of Ivry to know the hours and in the daytime of the public road network's passages in the company's street for every garbage. Afterward, I was able to begin the writing of this poster on Word. To finish, I subjected my works to my colleague.
