By knowing that I could absolve my internship in the Hotel Plaza***** in Brussels, I have been very happy because I was convinced that in the “capital of Europe” I would have the best prospects to realize all the intentions I have had by thinking on my second training period at Vatel. The following report argues my experiences I gathered during my internship, on the one hand at the front office, on the other hand in the event department, but it will also show a short presentation of the Hotel Plaza***** like the history of the hotel, the type of clientele as well as the organisation of the different departments. At the end of this training report you can find an appendix with menus, pictures and other documents to give a good insight in the work I did during 4 months.
