Acknowledgements
I would like to thank Jeffrey Cummins, even if it was not easy every day, thanks in part to him that we have had this experience.
I also wish to thank all the workers: Esteban, Jose, Noah, Francisco and Marvin for their good humor, their hospitality and generosity.
A small special mention for Marvin who was the first to make our trip unforgettable.
* Introduction
My name is Damien Coelho, I am 24 years, and I am in 1st year of Professional Master in Innovation in the food industry at the University of Quimper (France). As part of my training, I was asked to do a language training in an English speaking country. That’s why, I chose a destination a little bit unusual: the Belize.
I will try to share this experience in the heart of the rainforest.
Firstly, I will introduce the wwoofing. Then in a second time, I will present the Belize country. And, in a third time, I will tell you about Better in Belize, the eco-village that welcomed me. Finally, in a last time, I will make a quick detour by a sudden heart, the visit of the Xunantunich.
