SUMMARY
L'article tente de clarifier les notions d'inter et multidisciplinarité, de préciser le rôle des différents partenaires dans la recherche du bien-être au travail et par conséquent la formation qu'ils devraient recevoir. Il resitue la stratégie
SOBANE dans une démarche dynamique et dynamisante de gestion des risques dans les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). Il suggère que l'interface entre les services externes de prévention et de protection continue d'être assuré par le binôme médecin du travail – conseiller en prévention interne, fonctionnant de manière la plus interdisciplinaire possible, agissant comme véritable moteur de l'évolution du bien-être dans la PME et sollicitant l'intervention des spécialistes du service de prévention des risques du SEPP pour les mesurages, études et recommandations particulières.
The article tries to clarify the concepts of inter and multidisciplinarity, to specify the role of the various partners in the research of the well being to work and consequently the education and training that they should receive. It puts in perspective the SOBANE strategy in a dynamic and dynamising process of risk management in SMEs. It suggests that the interface between the external prevention and protection services (EPPS) and the SME must still be ensured by the binomial occupational physician – internal occupational health adviser, functioning in the most interdisciplinary possible way, acting like genuine engine for the evolution of the well being in the SME and requesting
