Résumé
Cet article explore les problèmes liés à la fabrication des services au travers de la description de deux modèles, le système de servuction et le « blueprint » ou logigramme; la grande particularité des services apparaît ainsi comme étant le fait que le client est impliqué dans le processus de fabrication. Les conséquences managériales de ces approches sont ensuite répertoriées, qu’elles soient d’ordre stratégiques ou opérationnelles; parmi les plus importantes : capacité, réseau, organisation du marketing, gestion de la relation client. Abstract This paper explore the problems related to the delivery systems of services, with the help of two models: the servuction system and the blueprint approach. The most important specificity of services appears to be the fact that the customer is involved in the production of services. Strategic and operational consequences are then examined; among the most important, capacity planning, network management, marketing organisation and the management of customer
