The term media refers to all the modern communications media: television, film, video, radio, photography, advertising, newspapers and magazines, recorded music, computer games and internet. Media are emissions, movies, pictures, websites, etc. They have been dozens of innovations trough years, new of the moment is the Internet. Many of these forms of media communication are called 'mass media' which mean that they reach a large audience. However, some media are targeting a very small audience or a specialized audience, but they can also be important. When we touch the mediated circle, we are also talking of advertising.
Advertising, somehow the equivalence of mass media is bombarding us to convince us to adopt different technological and other innovations designed to stimulate the economy.
