If you need inspiration in the kitchen, look no further than the internet. And if you’re eating out, almost any restaurant will offer vegetarian selections. they include healthful and inventive salads, sandwiches and vegetarian dishes on their menus. Even fast food and pizzeria include vegetarian food.
I chose to become a vegetarian first because it is much healthier for the body.The vegetarian food is more healthier and when you are vegetarian you eat lots of vegetables and fruits.But the real reason why I became vegetarian is for animals.
Billions of animals are killed for human consumption each year. when you eat meat it is like eating a dog or cat for me because all animals are equal, none deserve to be treated and killed brutally.
