David Robert Joseph Beckham was born May 2, 1975 in Leytonstone (London), England.

Born into a poor family, he plays football at a young age. Very gifted, he quickly spotted and signed his first professional soccer contract July 8, 1991 with the prestigious club Manchester United. It becomes an intern for the team and is part of the champion team of the FA Youth Cup (FA Cup Hopes level) in 1992.
