Comment le RU a-t-il évolué ?

Le système américain est un système moteur et moderne.
Le système anglais est très traditionnel et donne l’impression d’un anachronisme. Il est très important et moderne.

Deux exemples : les femmes ont obtenu le droit de vote 20 ans avant les femmes françaises. Deuxième texte du parlement pour compléter le premier.
Abolition du ?????? 20 ans avant la France.

Le système anglais est original. En France si on cherche la constitution on la trouve = pour Amérique. Mais il n’y a pas de texte de constitution précis et établit pour l’Angleterre.
Le système anglais c’est transformé au cours du temps. Il y a donc plusieurs références à une constitution à des périodes différentes. Puis d’autres textes sont venus compléter le premier au fur et à mesure de l’Histoire.
