Résumé

Cette recherche se propose de positionner les spécificités culturelles du management en Tunisie par rapport au management dans les pays méditerranéens – latins ainsi que dans les pays arabes. L’étude est basée sur l’application du projet GLOBE sur un échantillon de 106 middle managers tunisiens et le positionnement des résultats de l’enquête avec les données issues de l’étude du projet GLOBE dans les pays méditerranéens – latins ainsi que dans les pays arabes. L’étude montre qu’il existe plus de similarités que de différences entre les spécificités culturelles du management tunisien et le management des entreprises dans les groupes méditerranéen – latin et arabe.

Abstract

This research intends to position cultural specificities of the management in Tunisia vis-avis the practice in the Latin - Mediterranean and the Arab clusters. The survey is based on the application of the GLOBE project on a sample of 106 Tunisian middles managers and the positioning of the results with the data from the GLOBE project for five Mediterranean – Latin countries (Greece, Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal) and four Arab countries (Morocco, Egypt, Kuwait and Qatar).
